Glen Moray Single Malt Scotch Whisky Distillery Bruceland Road
IV30 1YE Elgin Scotland

Website

Glen Moray is a small authentic working distillery who actually started out as a brewery. The traditional low ceiling warehouses and stonebuildings are nestling on the banks of the river Lossie in the capital of Speyside - the ancient city of Elgin. Glen Moray is gaelic for ‘glen of the seaboard settlement’. Today a peaceful site the warehouse “No 1” lies close to the Gallow Hill where criminals were executed until the end of the 17th century. Next to the hill the old road passed by with travellers such as St Columba, King Duncan, Macbeth and Bonnie Prince Charlie. Glen Moray is available in a range of ages, vintages and finishes, among them with white wine barrels.
