Bladnoch Distillery is Scotlands most southerly
distillery, situated on the south coast of Lowland and a 40 minutes drive from
the ferries of Ireland. Right by the Bladnoch River, in the fine stone and
slate buildings with its pagoda tower, production started in 2000 after being
silent since 1993. The new batches of whisky distilled under the new owner
Raymond Armstrong will be available on the market around 2012. However many
bottlings from selected mature casks are for sale.
